02Shared evidence standard

What we promiseeach other.

Demonstrated

Only what the physical prototype directly showed, under conditions we can describe.

Proposed

Anything in the design that has not been shown yet. Labelled every time it appears.

Must validate

Questions whose answers could change the design, the price or whether we continue at all.

08Straight answers

No hype. Here is what we know.

  • No. DryLah! is a narrow household concept intended to reduce mosquito access to water beneath suitable plant pots. Dengue prevention requires multiple measures.

  • Not yet. The physical prototype demonstrated basic assembly, support and drainage. Exclusion requires a controlled protocol and independent review.

  • No. Eggs can adhere to container walls and survive drying. The concept is intended to reduce future access, not erase eggs already present.

  • That has not been established. Cleaning burden, debris, blockage and long-term maintenance are part of the testing plan.

  • That is the design goal. Final compatibility and size coverage still need fit testing.

  • Not yet. The Order page registers interest only and takes no payment.

  • The current target is S$4.90, subject to supplier quotations, final design and testing.
